This course is designed to provide a professional foundation for any individual considering personal property appraising as a possible career. This introductory Principles of Valuation course reflects a consensus of the appraisal profession evolved over many decades in establishing a sound approach to valuation issues. While some with a casual interest may gain some insights from the course, it is primarily intended for those students with a sincere interest in an appraisal career in personal property.
