Also included in your packet will be a Program of Study (M-1) form and Online Assessment instructions.
Program of Study – Contact your academic adviser to discuss your program of study, then complete and submit the Program of Study (M-1) form. This form is required by the Graduate School and provides the student, the department and the Graduate School with a plan for all course work, transfer credit and research hours that will comprise a student’s program of study. Course numbers and titles must match exactly to what is listed on your transcripts. If you are not sure what course work you have taken, please contact the Special Education Department to have a courtesy copy of your transcripts sent to you. Your M-1 form must be completed and submitted by the end of the second semester. Mail or fax the completed and signed M-1 form to:

Online Assessment – Online Assessment is a mandatory degree program requirement that assists with student/advisor communication, coursework, resume material, demographical and statistical data that is used by the department for data compilation and additional assessment criteria. Directions on how to set-up the Online Assessment registration will be included in your acceptance packet.
Questions should be directed to your advisor or to Lynne Newby, the graduate studies secretary, at NewbyL@missouri.edu or 573-882-3742.
