Online Appraisal Courses from the American Society of Appraisers

The University of Missouri-Columbia, in conjunction with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), offers online courses in the appraisal disciplines of:
These courses address the industry and methods of the particular discipline and provide access to students who are unable to participate in a regular classroom setting. These courses are requisites to achieve a designation with the American Society of Appraisers.
About the American Society of Appraisers
The American Society of Appraisers is an organization of appraisal professionals and others, dedicated to the benefit of the appraisal profession and committed to fostering professional excellence in its membership through education, accreditation, publication and other services. Originated in 1936, it is the oldest and only major appraisal organization representing all of the disciplines of appraisal specialists.
ASA is a founding member of the Appraisal Foundation, a national nonprofit organization created to establish uniform criteria for professional appraisers and recognized by the U.S. Congress as the source for the development and promulgation of appraisal standards and qualifications.
