Personal Property Valuation Courses Online
These online joint offerings by the University of Missouri-Columbia and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) provide personal property valuation education over the Internet. Courses address the personal property valuation industry and methods and provide access to students who are unable to participate in a regular classroom setting. These courses are requisites to achieve a designation with the American Society of Appraisers.
Personal property appraisal
Personal property appraisers value tangible, movable property that is utilitarian, collectible or decorative, or that retains value in some combination of these attributes. Personal property professionals appraise for estate distribution, insurance, dissolution of marriage, impending sale and charitable donation.
