Returning/current degree-seeking undergraduate students

If it has been more than one semester (not including summer sessions) since your last enrollment, you must complete the following processes prior to enrolling in a course:

• Complete an Undergraduate Request for Re-admission form.
• Send the form to the Director of Admissions, 230 Jesse Hall, Columbia, MO 65211-1300
• Send transcripts for all college work completed since last attending MU
